NEW EXHIBITIONS
I am so excited about the exhibition on contemporary stained glass windows at the Cité de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine. The Musée Cognacq-Jay's exhibition on 'exotic' 18th century beverages looks like fun, and its mobile app features recipes from that era. There are also quite a few photography exhibitions opening up.
CLOSING SOON
The extraordinary Poussin exhibition at the Louvre closes this month, as do two exhibitions at the Grand Palais (including one on the Birth of Cinema). The exhibition at the Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature on the dialogue between tapestry and taxidermy also looks interesting.

Musée du quai Branly (Paris 7e): Through the portraits of the Inca Atahualpa and the Conquistador Francisco Pizarro, the exhibition presents the key events in the conquest of the Inca Empire and describes the encounter between two worlds.
